本會會員分為：
(一)普通會員：年滿二十歲，本校生化科技學系(含前身「農業化學系所」及原「微生物與生化學研究所」)在學、肄業或畢業學生、服務或曾服務於本系之教職員工。
(二)贊助會員：不具普通會員資格，但贊同本會宗旨，對本會提供贊助者。

本會的收費標準：
(一)入會費貳百元 (學生壹佰元)。
(二)常年會費：每年新臺幣貳百元 (學生壹佰元)，一次繳足新臺幣伍仟元者其後終身免繳。

系友園地

1974年畢業蔡亞麟系友來稿，畢業40週年同學會，溫馨相聚，情誼永存：

「We 1974 class just had a 40-yr reunion at Costa Rica. 16 members and their relatives and friends attended. The picture below has all 16 classmates, taken in the evening of Feb. 15 farewell party. I am the tallest one in the picture.」
